Centre for Maternal Health and Community Empowerment is a national NGO operating in Four (4) of Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. It was established in 1995 and registered with the Registrar General Department and Social Welfare Department in 1996 and 2005 respectively under the name Dormaa Traditional Healers and Birth Attendants Association (DOTHEBAA). The name was change to Centre for Maternal Health and Community Empowerment (CMCE) in 2010. We are currently in partnership with ActionAid Ghana and Health Foundation of Ghana.
