We work towards enhancing the employability of youth through job-linked, short-term vocational skills development programmes – a model pioneered by us that is often cited as one of the best global case studies. We also work with MSMEs for creating localised sustainable jobs through enterprise promotion and cluster development 

As a result of these concerted efforts, we, along with our subsidiaries – Learnet Skills Limited and Clusters Development Initiatives – have created significant reach and impact at scale; through our presence across 32 States and Union Territories of India, in 36,000 schools and with a network of ~300 Institutes of Skills, and 100 industrial clusters, we directly impact 15 million people on a daily basis, with a potential to reach out to a further 120 million in the catchment.
