About

WIII is a 100% women-owned and managed company with our fingers on the pulse of Africa. We understand that the immense potential of this resource-rich but developing continent must be unlocked in a strategic, visionary manner for socio-economic benefits to effectively reach historically disadvantaged groups, especially women.

VISION STATEMENT:

Improving the quality of women’s lives by investing and participating in the development of sustainable infrastructure projects in Africa.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To become the leading African women-owned company synonymous with promoting sustainable infrastructure development impacting positively on communities, particularly women and youth.

OUR CREDENTIALS:

As the WIII management team, we are backed in our pursuit by our vast collective knowledge of institutional, financial, social and economic services in infrastructure development, as well as extensive experience across policy-making, financial and socio-economic sectors in infrastructure development on the continent.

We furthermore enjoy solid recognition from our Africa development partners, with whom we have long-standing, sustainable and respected relationships built over a number of years.

OUR FOCUS:

Committed to participating in the full infrastructure development value chain, we therefore aim to ensure that the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects are done in ways that will entrench development impact outcomes, such as greater quality of life, through maximising employment creation, skills transfer, ownership and other developmental opportunities.

Our purpose is to provide services that enable our stakeholders to service infrastructure needs in Africa. At the same time, we seek to address gender inequality by empowering women in the project communities.
