desiring (a) Optimal performance of their labour force whilst creating havens of greater families, communities and secured nations.

(b) Optimal development of children and young adults by helping fill in with the nurturing and mediating roles of parents/guardians/society

(c) Redress of structural challenges that impede people from fully harnessing their potentials

for wealth and prosperity. Issues of poverty, youth unrest, migration, terrorism, under-skilled labour, child abuse, poor school performance and gender-based violence come to the fore.
