The parent company INCLAM was created in 1986 in response to the interest of leading water engineering-qualified professionals in engaging in engineering, consulting and advisory tasks, independently. Since its creation, INCLAM has focused on a high specialization, allowing the company to fulfill its commitments to clients with top quality guarantee. In addition to production work areas, INCLAM focuses on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) to design new products aimed at managing and studying water resources.

As a result of this technological development process, new activities have been generated, which are added to those strictly associated with hydrology and hydraulics consulting, project development and construction site management.
