SMTF (Myanmar) is government registered non-profit organization which was established in 8th May 2008.

Objective – To be able to live the lives of persons with disabilities with dignity and equal rights by legally or within society in order to serve his nation and his environment

Areas of Work – SMTF(Myanmar) mainly work for comprehensive development of persons with disabilities focusing on health, education, livelihood and employment, social inclusion and empowerment sectors using CBR strategy and rights-based approach. And SMTF(Myanmar) has regional branch offices in Mandalay, Ayeyarwady, Rakhine, Naypyidaw and also has more than 20,000 PWDs members.
