PHASE - Pragmatic Help Achieving Social Empowerment

PHASE (Pragmatic Help Achieving Social Empowerment) CBO is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-religious organization. It was established in 2016, in Wanlaweyn, Lower shabele – south/west State of Somalia. It is founded by a group of development professionals, business people, Diaspora and well-wishers who have realized the socio-economic, peace and security problems experiencing the community in the regions.

PHASE was established with the aim to empower most vulnerable, poor and disadvantaged populations of remote Districts and Villages of south/west state regions, Banaadir and Lower shabele, through health , education and livelihood opportunities to break the cycle of poverty and make self-sufficient future as well as to securing rights of the poor and marginalized groups, good governance, through promoting people’s participation at all levels of the states and society, accountability, capacity development and access to resources.

PHASE- registered under civil society organization registration article No 54 of Somali civil law No.37 which issued 2/6/1973 with reference number 0303A/2017 awarded by the Ministry of Interior, Federal affairs and Reconciliation.
