Our mission is to provide and increase professional solidarity among the members, to contribute to bringing provincial planning to the foreground for local development and to develop projects awareness, to develop and implement projects; if necessary, to undertake tasks in the form of partnership, project provider, to contribute to the development of strategic management and planning in the public and private sectors and to undertake studies in this direction and to make necessary legal arrangements by protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the members.
