Through its East Asian base it blends the best of Western and Eastern knowledge and customer focus. The company was set up by the former Greater Mekong Regional Manager for a global consulting firm

OWL has a network of engineers covering mechanical, electrical, C&I, civil, mining and shipping that can be put together to develop and implement projects across a range of power generation and transmission technologies. OWL is capable of taking projects from the pre-feasibility stage and developing them into revenue generating assets. OWL’s expertise covers the full project management cycle from initial concept, through development, construction management, operations and maintenance to refurbishment
