CEFE International is a consulting company based in Cologne with years of worldwide experience in private-sector development and international development cooperation.

Our business model has two approaches: On the one hand, as management consultants, we implement international projects funded by multilateral and bilateral development agencies. On the other hand, we are a social business because part of our super plus is assigned to sustain our network of experts certified in the CEFE Method. 

Our mission is to promote MSMEs and Start-ups to empower sustainable economic development by improving their business performance, access to markets, and ability to compete. 

Our three of our main divisions are: 

Promoting the MSMEs: we build entrepreneurs' capacity through technical assistance, capacity-building programs, and tailor-made support, including coaching, mentoring and networking. 

Empowering Start-ups: we implement accelerator programs to guide young entrepreneurs from initiation to establishment of their businesses. We use approaches such as lean start-up, design thinking and sprints, fuck-up nights, canvas, agile management, etc., to help young entrepreneurs to generate ideas that will lead to potential business.

Supporting Business Cooperation: we focus on assisting organisations in the whole process of entering German and European Markets. 

So Far, CEFE International has a strong network of 3500 experts in 74 countries, allowing us to better understand the needs of local target groups and design successful strategies.
