To reinforce the slogan 'cleaning is a profession', Asito has had the Training and Knowledge Center since 1978. From there Asito provides training throughout the country for cleaning workers, front workers, specialists, object management, location managers and other officers. The range varies from subject-specific courses and training on the job to experience and communication training. On-site asult's own trainers also provide various training courses.

Asito developed the Leerhuis for front workers and object management. Partly digital and partly with physical meetings are not only given subject-specific training courses, but also trainings on leadership, such as intercultural communication.
