In English, the word “leadership” signifies personality, the ability to convince others and to communicate meaning. The nearest German equivalent, “Führung,” is frequently limited to mean one’s title in the organization, competence in a specific process, or particular spot in the company hierarchy. In MLI’s case, we consider the leadership system as a whole, including the importance of context, of organizational leadership and of the activation of committed supporters for a particular strategy.
