Management Coaching & Consulting Group (mc2 Group) was founded in July 2000 in Miami. Up to the year 2017, it mainly developed its activities in Central America, specifically in Nicaragua, where it is the leading company in the field of consulting for development programs and projects and in business consulting and training in that country. The company has also developed consulting services in Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Belize, Haiti and Peru, as well as regional consultancies. Since 2018, it has moved its General Management and most of its operations to Lima, Peru.

Since its creation, mc2 Group has carried out around 390 consultancies and process facilitation, serving more than 310 clients among public and autonomous institutions, private and public companies, non-profit organizations, bilateral international cooperation agencies and multilateral institutions, as well as projects and cooperation programs.
