Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB - LKF

Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB was founded in 1947 and has since then been a wholly owned municipal company. Our main task is to offer qualitative housing to the grove workers at a reasonable cost.

In collaboration with Lund Municipality, we will contribute to meeting the housing needs in the municipality. Our mission is to acquire, own, build and manage properties with homes, business premises or public premises.

We will be offering grocery housing housing of good quality in a good environment and at a reasonable rent, while ensuring that planning and new production are adapted to demand.Over the next seven to eight years, we plan to build approximately 2,000 new rental units and the goal is to start construction 250 - 300 apartments per year 

. In total, we own and manage more than 9,500 residential apartments, which is about 40 percent of all rental apartments in the municipality. This means that close to 20,000 lundabor have their home with us. 

In addition to housing, we also own most of the municipality's elderly homes, district centers such as Fäladstorget, Linero Torg and Karhögstorg with trade and service as well as attractive business premises in Lund's center.
