Career Development and Progression
The SKA International Group Training Director, Mr. Gary McLaughlin, has a wealth of experience and knowledge of supporting learners, not only with their chosen Vocational Training courses, but has run many mentorship programmes where he has signposted the learners onto new and exciting career paths.
These programmes include self-assessment, interview skills and how to present themselves to future employers, thus building the learners confidence and self-esteem. Each learner is looked at as an individual.
Supported by the SKA Somalia business managers, who are all Subject Matter Experts in their respective fields, the learners are fully supported with their sector knowledge, but with their practical “hands on” experiences.
