In 1966, in the city of Penápolis in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Mr. Francisco Colnaghi founded his first industry, a company dedicated to the production of agricultural implements and irrigation equipment. Linked to growth opportunities, the company started to call Colnaghi Irrigation and to manufacture galvanized steel pipes and other products. In 1985, already with the name ASPERBRAS, began its modern activities, based on its important technical knowledge and outstanding business experience. The sons of Francisco Colnaghi, Francisco Carlos Jorge Colnaghi and José Roberto Colnaghi, were able to absorb and develop the teachings and examples of Father, leading to ASPERBRAS the current situation of importance among the main Brazilian companies in the sector of sanitation and irrigation. Account currently, with three modern factories in operation, one in Penapolis - SP, another in Macaíba - RN inaugurated in 1998 and a third one inaugurated in 2001 in the city of Simões Filho - BA, equipped with state of the art machinery manufactured in Germany and the United States.
