Mission statement

We at the EVA Academy follow the model of the education and consulting company of the EVG.

Identity and mandate
We are a trade union education and consulting company and we address our offers to the individual union member as well as to all employees in the organizational area of the EVG and the representatives of (supra) company co-determination. Our work is based on the fundamental goals of the trade union movement.

Our resources
The EVA Academy has all the competencies and qualifications for a professional offer of education, consulting and project work. Continuous training is part of our understanding of quality.

Values that guide our actions
We also live solidarity, tolerance and an open corporate culture in our daily work. In addition, we take responsibility for future generations and the environment by acting in a resource- and climate-friendly manner.

Our goals
With our work we promote self-determination, emancipation and assertiveness in our target groups. For this purpose, we develop participation-oriented educational and counseling offers so that our participants can apply what they have learned in our offers in the corporate, voluntary and private areas.

Our services
The EVA Academy offers a comprehensive range of (supra) corporate and personal training and advice in accordance with the goals of the EVG. We offer communication and learning platforms in which participants can acquire additional skills.
