UC SYD is the largest educational institution in South Jutland. An important knowledge institution, a meeting point for the region. We have 14 professional bachelor's programs, individual vocational programs and short higher education programs. We offer a wide range of further education and conduct development and research in pedagogy, health and social sciences. The Educational Resources Center assists the area's schools with courses and materials.

UC SYD has about 6,400 students in basic education, including 950 international, 5,000 in further education and 700 staff on four campuses.
