About
SafeValue must use [property]=binding:
AIM combines an innovative morbidity mapping method for Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) with support to Ministries of Health for integrated strategic planning and highly targeted NTD case management that helps to better identify at-risk groups, reduce disability, and improve access to care through the health system. Our approach is designed to increase access to health services for people living with an NTD, enable disease elimination and increase early detection through combined NTD programs for case management.
The AIM Initiative, a program of American Leprosy Missions, works within health systems to map neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) and improve equitable access to diagnosis, treatment and care. AIM’s three-step process uses an innovative mapping method, integrated plans and highly focused interventions to ensure every person affected by NTDs like lymphatic filariasis, leprosy and Buruli ulcer, has access to the health services they need.
