IFOS is a consulting firm that provides technical assistance training services in various fields, conducts surveys and conducts project evaluation and other development activities. It has been legally constituted since 2004, recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) and registered at number: 000-563-839-1 at the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI).

IFOS offers innovative socio-economic research, local governance and capacity building solutions that meet the complex needs of governments and communities, to contribute to the sustainable development of Haiti and other developing countries, covering all aspects of project management and evaluation, through its team of national and international experts.
