Licitação.com.br is the portal of RHS Licimentos, a company that operates in the government procurement market. Their contributions cover both public administration and the private sector.

Founded in 1994, RHS Bidding was a pioneer in offering public bid disclosure services to Government suppliers through Dial Bidding, by fax. After almost two decades, RHS Licimentos has consolidated itself as the great partner of Government suppliers, being recognized, even, by the Federal, State and Municipal public administration.

RHS Bids also offers a government sales training program and has organized the most significant government procurement seminars in the country. The company currently has operations in Brazil and Mozambique, as well as in several Latin American countries through business partners.
