PPG doo Sarajevo was founded in 2012 and is engaged in providing high quality services in the fields of planning and studies, design, supervision, technical assistance, and consulting during the implementation of procurement and management of infrastructure projects. In the field of engineering consulting, the firm is focused on geotechnical engineering and tunnel construction.
Through activities carried out through the implementation and participation in previous infrastructure projects, the company has gained enviable expertise in the following areas:
design and supervision of structures in construction, with an emphasis on geotechnical engineering and tunnel construction
specialization in project and contract management under the terms of FIDIC,
support to the Project Implementation Units during the IFI procurement process, including the preparation of tender documentation for works and consultancy services, and assistance for technical evaluation and contract award,
good knowledge of different IFI procurement procedures and rules (EC, WB, UN, EBRD, EIB, ADB, OFID, KFAED, etc.),
technical assistance projects to support the planning and management of transport investment programs, the procurement and monitoring of large infrastructure contracts, access to IFI financing, concession and privatization studies,
economic and financial analysis, quality and cost control.
