TOCSA SA - Talavera & Ortellado Construcciones S.A.

Along its history, TOCSA  had a process of continuous growth, specializing in road works, initially with urban paving works in the city of Asunción and then with execution and maintenance of roads, performing paving, earthworks,  and other related, for which the park of machinery and technical team has been growing proportionally to the works undertaken. TOCSA also owns asphalt plants, asphalt mix placement equipment and its own stone quarry.

Later, the activities have been extended to other sectors of the infrastructure works of Paragiay, in the areas of civil, sanitary, hydraulic and electrical engineering, executing large-scale works for various State Institutions and Municipalities.

Currently TOCSA has a qualified human group of professionals and specialized technicians, developing excellence and innovation services, optimizaing constructive, technical, economic and compliance processes, having as a main goal  the efficiency and  the permanent search for the satisfaction of the Customers.
