Karim and Associates is a multidisciplinary and dynamic partnership. The firm carry out professional practice as regulated by the code of conduct of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and Association of Financial Analyst of Nigeria (AFAN). The activities of the firm covers auditing and accounting, financial consultancy, taxation, business management, restructuring & takes over and accounting & information technology consultancy, accounting software installation and training. All these have been developed into specialized units within the firm and are being managed by specialists and coordinated as inter disciplinary entities. As a firm of Certified National Accountants, we are active in all the activities of ANAN and its affiliates. These include the Financial Reporting Council, the International Accounting Standards Committee, and the International Auditing Practices Committee of International Federation of Accountants. This enables us to keep abreast of the latest trends in the professional field and thus to provide services to our clients in line with the most recent developments and standards.
