Created in 2001 by a group of producers, the cooperative IRA (Initiative for the Revival of the Pineapple), owner of the Promo Fruits industry produces in collaboration with 9 other groups of fruit producers all the raw materials (pineapple, oranges , mangoes). Promo Fruits plans to process 200 tonnes of fruit per day and buy at a remunerative price by 2022. Best agricultural player in 2009 and decorated by the President of the Republic, Promo Fruits received its nomination for the great 2010 Oscar for innovation.
