They are playing a very pivotal role in the reconstruction of their homeland, Afghanistan for a long time, at started its activities in its early stage as an NGOs and later on it was registered as an Engineering & Consulting Firm with according to the government new policy for development. The company is having expert staff and enough capacity for successful performance in the realm of Engineering, Social and Environment related projects, as well. All the Integration members are well qualified, skillful, experienced, well-equipped, and dedicated to its own country development as an Afghan Consulting and Engineering Firms in the field of projects, design, management, and implementation as well as an engineering entity. The Integration Company has implemented various construction related projects with Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTs) in Afghanistan, the government of Afghanistan, and other international donor agencies. IMC is determined for providing all these expertise for attaining the objective to join hands with the world leading and well-organized consortiums, resulting in coherence and increased synergy, which in its turn would, ensures greater success of each part and dimension of the intended national development projects in Afghanistan. At present IMC is providing various professional staff to its partner companies in various consortium for designed and implementation of various projects including but not limited to construction and supervision of US Army compounds, Press Club, Asphalt roads, culverts, bridges, water supply schemes, and irrigation infrastructures.The IRC and it partner consortiums possesses relevant knowledge and has gained valuable experience in the design of different sorts of buildings and other infrastructure related projects, which has further enhanced, its capacity as a consortium and pre-positioned it, to utilize its expertise in the design, management and implementation of development related projects. The staff of this Consortium is also familiar with the regulations and principles of the US Army & USAID.
