Vision: INTERKULTURA - organization for cultural collaboration is a recognized and respected organization, which successfully works to solve the needs and priorities of young people, promotes intercultural dialogue, acts at the local, national and international level.

Mission:Continuous work to address the needs and priorities of young people and promote intercultural dialogue.

Organization for cultural collaboration INTERKULTURA was founded at the end of 1997 and was officially registered in 1998.

Currently, the organization is active at the local and national level, but at the same time we are represented and act at the international level. The main goal of the organization is the promotion of youth work, through non-formal education, as well as the promotion of the culture of all ethnic communities living in Macedonia through:
o Active participation of young people in the decision-making process at the local and national level
o Intercultural dialogue on national and international level
o Interreligious dialogue
o Saving energy and reducing the effects of climate change
o Tolerance and non-violent conflict resolution
o Reducing unemployment and social integration of young people
