Winpack Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd is a medium scale factory producing seed trays locally to the agriculture sector. We manufacture and supply Parachute trays to the Wayamba Agriculture Ministry. Further, apart from the parachute trays, other trays are being manufactured for vegetables, fruits and potato cultivation. Winpack has the expertise to design and cater to the current needs of the farmers. Considering the environment impact and plastic related raw materials for seed trays, we have implemented a buy back system to recollect all damaged trays for re-cycling and concession given to farmers, when utilizing new trays. Moreover, all our products are food grade, recyclable and non-toxic with BHT (butylated hydroxyl toluene) free. With freely available parachute trays supplied by many companies consist of PVC which is an environmentally unfriendly material; we at Winpack has totally changed the material to polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS), which is also food grade. Winpack is being headed by a Polymer Technologists with a vast experience in manufacturing plastic related products utilizing extrusions, injection molding, Thermo forming and printing.
