Hrvatski Filmski Savez / Croatian Film Association

The Croatian Film Association is an umbrella association of non-professional film and video associations that have been organized in Croatia since 1928. The association gathers film clubs (today there are 47 of them under the auspices of the Association), film companies and individuals from primary school age to adult members, encourages (organizationally, materially and professionally) their work, contributes to the education of leaders and members of film associations, organizes the presentation and valorization of film and video creativity of children and adults in the country and abroad, and cares for the preservation and protection of the best film and video achievements of non-professional cinematography. The Croatian Film Association has been a member of the World Organization of Non-Professional Cinematography (UNICA) since 1992, a member of the International Federation of Film Societies (IFFS/FICC) since 2004, and since 2015
