Social Planning, Analysis and Administration Consultants (SPAAC)

Social Planning, Analysis and Administration Consultants (SPAAC) is an Egyptian private consulting firm established in 1981, with the SPAAC/Human Empowerment Center (HEC) established in 1997/98. The firm has carried out over 200 projects in all aspects, areas and sectors of development, and in all geographic areas of Egypt, both urban and rural, encompassing the 26 governorates. The firm has also worked in countries in the Arab Region such as the Palestinian National Authority, Jordan, Yemen, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

SPAAC organizational structure and methodology for project management are designed to provide flexibility in the efficient management of multi-disciplinary teams for both small and large projects. SPAAC has two areas of core competency which have been applied to a variety of sectors and activities, always adopting a participatory approach where beneficiaries become full partners in the development process.
