The Cyprus Anti-Doping Authority (CyADA) was established by Decree (Number 227/2009) of the Minister of Education and Culture, by virtue of the Ratifying Law of the International (UNESCO) Convention against Doping in Sports. CyADA is the competent authority responsible for the implementation and management of efficient anti-doping policy in Cyprus, in line with the relevant laws as well as international conventions and any other obligations of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.
