Greenpeace exists because our fragile planet deserves a voice. It needs solutions. It needs change. It needs action.Some people look at a forest, but see only timber. But there are also millions of people and animals who see a home, a legacy and a future. People all over the world come together to protect our nature and our communities. We at Greenpeace always make sure to hold authorities and companies accountable for their actions. Whether it's on the streets or in a ballot box, our strength comes when people work together.

Our vision: optimism is a form of courage. Courageous actions and #PeoplePower can create a brighter tomorrow. To that end, we foster courage, we champion courage, share stories of courageous acts by our supporters and allies, and invite people beyond their comfort zones to be courageous with us.
