Metal Industry, Renewable Energy and Innovation Cluster of Kosovo

The cluster status is a non-profit association that is funded primarily by its members. The cluster founders are representatives of the sectors renewable energy and metal industry operating in the Republic of Kosovo. Headquarters of MIREICK are in Prishtina. To strengthen the business community through R&D, product promotion, networking, and capacity building by utilising resources from the Academia and the government in order to create the right synergies that will aid the development of the companies in metal sector, renewable energy sector and innovation in general.  MIREICK shall help in creating a more conducive environment for the MIREICK development, by supporting establishment of standards, education opportunities, and by advocating with the Government to ensure the attractiveness of the sector in terms of both new businesses and investment. Development of the businesses by making them more innovative and improving their service quality, productivity, and efficiency. Enhancing competitiveness and encourage cooperation between domestic and international companies in order to boost innovation and therefore offer qualitative products and services in national and international markets mainly in metal and renewable energy sectors.
