Alia développement

Alia development specializes in consulting services for the microfinance sector and for organizations in developing countries. It was created in 2009 by three consultants: Nathalie Assouline, Pierre Daubert and Christine Poursat. Each associate has an experience of 15 to 20 years including providing short- and long-term technical assistance to microfinance institutions, as well as advisory services to various stakeholders in this field, both in Africa and Asia. Our profiles and competencies are complementary, which enables us to provide a wide range of services to MFI managers, private and public investors / donors, decision makers and operators, in particular in rural microfinance. We also offer support for feasibility studies or evaluations of projects/programmes and microfinance strategies, for international donors and national decision makers. Organizational issues are key in microfinance: we have gained a strong and practical experience in supporting organizations at large. Our expertise therefore relates not only to microfinance, but also to strategic and technical support for organizations in developing countries.
