Al- Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans was initiated by her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2003. In 2006, it was institutionalized as a non-profit organization registered under the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan under the name of Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans; holding the registration number 2006011100019.

Al-Aman Fund aims to provide education to the boarding orphans who have resided in orphan care centers for part of, or all their childhood; as well as the non-boarding orphans who live in poverty with a guardian or an immediate relative and are supported by orphan support organizations.
