Urban Community Housing (Pvt) Limited is a No Limit (A-1) Category Town Planning Firm (currently alone) based in Rawalpindi –Islamabad.
We had taken roots in early 1990s as Unique Consulting Engineers (UCE) that remained effectively engaged in town planning and infrastructure services designing of various housing schemes. Since 2016, we are continuing as Urban Community Housing (Pvt) Limited (UCH).
We are Rawalpindi -Islamabad based multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
With countrywide and world wide network of professional associates, we have the ability/capacity to manage all kinds of Development Project Planning, Implementation and Supervision in all over Pakistan.
We have experiences in town planning, housing schemes, land acquisition and resettlement, innovative initiatives, monitoring and evaluation, environment, urban-rural development, and community development.
We are specialised in planning, designing, and approvals of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial building plans.
We are vetting building plans of various housing schemes as Society’s technical Consultants.
We are experienced in preparation and implementation of Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plans.
We are specialised in Land/Building assessments and valuations.
We are specialised in preparing SOPs, monitoring & evaluation, 3rd party assessments, proposals and feasibility studies.
We prepare village and town level master and structure plans and renewal/rehabilitation plans.
We are specialised in providing multidisciplinary consulting services and innovative solutions for urban, regional and rural development planning.
UCH has conducted forensic audits of more than 30 housing schemes in the twin cities of Islamabad – Rawalpindi as per the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
