Olga is a certified auditor with more than 17 years of experience. Chef Audit Executive of the one of the biggest government agencies for several years.

Olga is a founder and managing partner of Arete Audit. She works as an independent audit, risk and ESG expert. She supports organizations in improving and developing management and controls systems. Based on agreement with IIA Poland Olga run external assessment of Internal Audit Function (QA).

She is Chairwoman of the Non-financial Reporting Committee and a member of the Non-financial Group created by Polish government. She is also a co-author, lecturer and supervisor of the post-graduate studies: ESG in practice. As an expert, she supports ,among others, the companies taking part in the Climate Leadership Program powered by UN. As an ambassador of 30% Club Poland she promotes gender equality.
Between 2015-2017 she held the position of a vice president of IIA Poland nowadays she is CSR Board Representative of IIA Poland.
