We at Aratis are consultants in procurement, contract management and process management. Crazy about our profession and always focused on knowledge development and knowledge sharing. Partly because of this, we are experts ahead . Every project and program is an opportunity to innovate and deliver better results.
 
 
We do this from the initiative to the exploitation, so from strategy to operational contract management. With our process management approach and our ICT tool ARYO, we set up project organizations at the front and form the backbone of the entire project. We draw up contracting and contract management strategies, as well as the contracts themselves. We supervise purchasing processes and contract management during implementation. We put our expertise into practice in many construction organization models and contract types. We are also experts in procurement law and we advise on legal issues.
 
  
For whom?

Aratis helps clients in the public and private sectors by approaching the market with strong collaboration concepts . In addition, we help the development of wind energy on land and at sea, we work on safe and sustainable infrastructure and we ensure the efficient realization of buildings.

This is how we do it:

Aratis works with its Experts Pool system ; a permanent core of complementary professionals who achieve the optimal result by sparring with each other. This Experts Pool is supplemented by a group of experienced specialists from our network with whom we collaborate on many projects.
 
Cooperation
What drives us is our focus on both the soft and the hard side of process management and contract management. On the one hand, handling good contracts, but also being able to manage these contracts well, in which collaboration is an important part. We apply both, because they cannot live without each other. We find the best solutions by applying our smart project information system and thus contributing knowledge from different fields of work.

Knowledge sharing
We share our knowledge through our training program , this knowledge sharing forms the “backbone” of our network. We train fellow professionals of clients and contractors to broaden their contract knowledge and their contract management skills.
