Wolf Theiss SH.P.K. - Our Tirana office was previously part of a large international law firm. When it joined the Wolf Theiss network, there was a natural fit. The team has rapidly developed into one of the big names for complex transactions in Albania – and one of the only law firms in the country to belong to an established international practice. We are particularly well placed to advise on Albania’s new legislation, much of which has been modeled on EU legislation, but is only gradually being tested in practice.  By combining local knowledge with our international network of expertise, we are able to steer even the most complex and ground-breaking cases to a successful outcome. (In fact, that is what we enjoy doing most.) The team specializes in all core areas of business law, particularly corporate law, banking and finance, and real estate – as well as privatization, public procurement and concessions. We also regularly work on cross-border projects with neighboring countries. As with all our national offices, our Tirana office is effectively a gateway to a whole international network.
