ARVAIA - Agricultural cooperative of Bolognese citizens, via Olmetola 16 Bologna (Borgo Panigale).
The cooperative is inspired by the European CSAs: all the members own the company and can work alongside some agricultural employees in the production of vegetables, legumes, cereals and fruit and for the members.
We develop local and organic cultivation.
Agricultural activity takes place on public land near the city of Bologna, to share the effort of the farmers and the happiness of seeing food grow, for the formation of a new awareness of citizens.
The return to the agricultural act consolidates the bond between people and the territory where they live. Create relationship and a new lifestyle.
The right to food sovereignty starts from the earth, the paradigm of a sustainable, supportive society, involved in the choice of resources to be used according to necessities, needs and against exasperated consumption and waste.
