Intercent-ER is the Agency for the development of telematic markets of the Emilia-Romagna Region. Established with the regional law n. 11 of 2004, the Agency has the task of optimizing, rationalizing and simplifying the expenditure for goods and services of the Public Administrations of the regional territory, through the management of an electronic negotiation system (e-procurement), the centralization of purchases, standardization of demand and the development of innovative tender strategies.
