China Gezhouba Group International Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "international company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Group Joint Stock Company"), a listed company of China Energy Construction Corporation. It was incorporated in Beijing on January 23 with a registered capital of 1.383 billion yuan and a current asset scale of 8.197 billion yuan.
