CONSORCIO MANABÍ VIAL

The Provincial Government of Manabí, through an Ordinance issued on December 5, 2010, created the Manabí Provincial Government Road Administration Public Company "Manabí Vial EP" of the Manabí Provincial Government, and is a legal entity under public law, with its own assets, endowed with budgetary, financial, economic, administrative and management autonomy, being part of its main objective to carry out the activities arising from the exercise of management, road administration in the province of Manabí. It will be governed by the Public Companies Law, this ordinance and the internal regulations that dictate and provide public and private services related to the competence to plan, build and maintain the provincial and national road system.
