Union of Italian Banks / Unione di Banche Italiane

UBI Banca (Unione di Banche Italiane) was born on 1 April 2007 from the merger between Banche Popolari Unite and Banca Lombarda e Piemontese.

 From 5 August 2020 UBI Banca is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

 The perimeter of the former UBI Group, essentially domestic, boasts multi-regional coverage, with 1,565 branches in Italy, of which 581 in Lombardy and 144 in Piedmont and a significant presence in the most dynamic regions of Central Italy and Southern Italy, as well as a international presence essentially aimed at customer needs.

 The workforce of the former UBI Banca Group is made up of 19,342 resources (as of 31 December 2020).
