Society Empowerment Organization (SEO) was established with the aims of Community development, good governance, Democracy building and capacity building. SEO is registered as a non for profit NGO with Ministry of Economy of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2008. SEO came to existence with years of professional qualified and dedicated Afghans who have served in various capacities to respond the need of societies.
