Borg Havn Iks

We are a defined backbone port in the national backbone network for sea, land and air.
A main network port is the junction between the main link system at sea nationally and abroad, and national roads and railways where this has been developed.

Over the past 25 years, Borg Havn has developed from being a traditional port authority to becoming a professional logistics and business player. Borg Havn is a versatile multi-purpose port, which means that our areas are used by a number of different companies. Borg Havn manages areas from Utgårdskilen in the south to Sarpsborg in the north and this gives us the opportunity to develop both the business, the business community and the region as a whole. We are today a key player with both local, regional and national functions.

Traffic across the port is growing and new companies and jobs are being established in our areas. For the future, this means that we must continue to offer attractive, modern and efficient solutions to the customer, something we must do in a sustainable way. In the Port of Borg, we are concerned with taking care of the environment and for us it is therefore important to be a port that has the least impact on the environment with noise, dust and emissions, and to be at the forefront of new energy solutions in the port area.
