Stadler Rail Valencia SAU

Stadler has been operating in the Spanish city of Valencia since 1 January 2016, the date on which Stadler took over Vossloh's Spanish locomotives business. A company was integrated in Valencia which complements Stadler's product portfolio perfectly and which also gives the company access to new markets. A workforce of some 900 people work on about 200,000 square metres of production and storage space at the site in Valencia. A further 30 people are employed at ERION, a firm that specialises in maintenance.

Stadler Valencia is the competence centre for mainline locomotives, shunting locomotives, metro trains, as well as for the TRAMLINK and CITYLINK lines of vehicles which are setting the pace in urban transport. Employees of Stadler Valencia are deployed in the following business units: Engineering, Purchasing, Production as well as Commissioning and Startup.
