Since its inception in 1955, SUPERCEMENTO S.A.I.C. devoted itself to the construction of aqueducts and collectors from the development of the prestressed concrete in the manufacturing of large diameter pipes. The continuing business company in the country of Vianini S.P.A. completed its first important step with the construction of the Aqueduct City of Bahía Blanca under the direction of Engineer Julián Astolfoni.
