Universal Humanity

Universal Humanity is a consulting firm founded by Dr. Marietou Faye Paye (PhD MSc) and Ms. Khadeeja H. Sarr (PhD Anticipated, MSc), both from Senegal and The Gambia. Dr. Paye and Ms. Sarr have more than 20 years of combined experiences providing administrative and fieldwork services such as technical advising, grant writing, research (qualitative and quantitative), capacity building, project design, implementation & management, and monitoring, evaluation, & learning (ME&L) in sub-Saharan Africa, USA, and Europe.

We provide services in multiple fields including Public Health, Migration Governance and Management, Peace and Conflict, Business Development, and Gender Equality.

As African professionals living abroad, UH staff are well versed in the needs of both global and country partners. UH effectively and efficiently designs solutions and delivers high quality services while being sensitive to the cultural, political, and socio-economical structures in countries in which we work. UH staff have worked with USAID, Gavi, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, WHO, CDC Foundation, UN, IOM, and SIDA. We offer our services in English, French, Wolof and Swedish.
