Is a Uganda based Construction Company incorporated in November 1984, with a wide experience in Building construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Project Management. Since 1984 Pioneer Construction Ltd has gained a reputation for mixing the quality and value of a world- class company with service. Throughout more than two decades of delivering completed projects on time and within budget, Pioneer Construction Ltd has built some of the finest educational, commercial and health projects in Uganda. Additionally it is the policy of the Company to endeavor to expand its markets where our experience and expertise will enable us perform successfully in the construction market
